                             RESOLUTION NO.   21167 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                   THREE (3) FIRE HYDRANTS AND APPROXIMATELY
                   EIGHT HUNDRED (800) FEET OF WATER MAIN FOR
                   PUBLIC FIRE PROTECTION AT LOCATIONS MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND
                   AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of three (3) fire hydrants and eight hundred (800)
       feet of water main for public fire protection located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at 906 Forrest Avenue and 

                 approximately eight hundred (800) feet of twelve-inch
                 (12") water main to be laid on Wells Street
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at Number 1-C Riverside
                 Lane, approximately nine hundred (900) feet from the
                 center line of Riverport Road
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at the intersection of
                 Franks Road and Concord Road
      
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
